In-House Calibration

In-House Calibration

In-House Calibration

Temperature sensors naturally drift over time due to aging and environmental influences. Even minimal deviations can significantly impact sensitive applications such as cold chains, clinical trials, and GxP-regulated processes. Our calibration service ensures your devices always deliver precise and dependable measurements.

Our temperature and humidity calibration is performed in an in-house calibration laboratory, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, traceability, and compliance. All calibrations are carried out according to GxP requirements and in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards using qualified procedures and reference equipment.

Your Benefits

Standard-compliant execution
Calibrations are performed in our own laboratories in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 principles and based on DKD-R 5-1 guidelines.

Traceable reference sensors
All measurements are carried out using precision reference sensors traceable to national standards. We use high-quality circulating thermostatic baths to ensure excellent stability and homogeneity across the full temperature range.

Extended temperature range
Calibration is possible down to –80 °C (e.g. dry ice applications) and down to –196 °C using liquid nitrogen for RTD probes.

Multi-point verification
More than 30 measurement points under stable conditions guarantee reliable and robust evaluation results.

Certified documentation
Each calibration includes a detailed report with all relevant data to support your quality management and audit requirements.
