We are looking for a proactive and motivated Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) / Internal Sales Representative for the DACH region to join our expanding sales team.
Your responsibilities:
- Support our internal sales team by writing quotes and order confirmations.
- Support our existing customers with inquiries about our services and offers.
- Support the accounting department in creating invoices and preparatory bookkeeping.
- Assist management in creating reports.

- You enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner, and are also able to teach yourself new skills.
- You work very accurately and precisely with attention to detail.
- You have experience in internal sales and, ideally, preparatory accounting.
- ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce, or accounting programs such as DATEV are familiar to you.
- You enjoy working with customers in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- You are open-minded, curious, and persistent.
- You have a feel for and/or understanding of digital markets/business models.
- You are motivated to delve deeply into topics and become an expert in them.
- Initial startup experience is a bonus.
