Junior/Senior Developer Node.JS (m/f/d) – full time/part time

You write highly scalable, reusable, and testable code for the backend of our browser-based cloud portal. You implement database access, data processing, and APIs along with automated tests. In cooperation with the team, you discuss and realize implementation details, peer-review the codebase, and take our cloud portal to the next level, while continuously improving your own skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Development of new features; writing automated tests
  • Troubleshooting and bug fixing
  • Performance optimizations and codebase maintenance
  • Interact with and embed external services and third-party libraries

What we expect:

  • Min. 2 years of professional experience with Node.js
  • Min. 4 years of professional experience - SaaS web platform backend development
  • Good knowledge of relational SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
  • Know SaaS infrastructure, server-side business logic, continuous deployment
  • Container vistualization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Know DevOps technologies (CI/CD), Git version control system
  • Data exchange via REST, HTTP, MQTT/websockets
  • Experience with testing tools (unit/integration tests using Jest or alternatives)
  • Team-player spirit with strong self-learning abilities
  • Good communication skills, good English level spoken and written
