The Lufthansa Group gathered 150 of its employees and sent them on a discovery mission. The goal of the one-year long talent program is collecting inspiration for digitalization and possible collaborations. Within this international program are participants from more than 25 countries, working in 19 different business areas. One of them, Mark Arnold, spent his explorers time at Tec4med.
One part of the collaboration is gaining knowledge; the other part is bringing the knowledge of Lufthansa employees into the company that’s being visited.
