Senior Business Development Manager – US (m/f/d)

As the Senior Business Development Manager – US, you will take the lead in driving sales and customer acquisition across the U.S. market. You'll be hands-on in every part of the sales cycle—from generating leads and cold calling to preparing quotes, conducting demos, visiting customers, and attending trade shows.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building a brand-new territory for the Business Unit. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to quality management efforts. This is a high-impact position that calls for a proactive, self-starting approach and full ownership of the sales process from start to finish.

Your responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and establish strong relationships with clients in the US region.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, customer-specific proposals.
  • Conduct cold calls and video meetings to engage prospects and provide demos.
  • Visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships and address their needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • Contribute to developing and executing sales strategies for regional growth.
  • Support marketing efforts by aligning campaigns with customer needs and feedback.
  • Collect and provide valuable customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and processes.
