We are looking for a pro-active and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our international sales team. Work closely with our marketing and sales team and convert new leads into consistent happy customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Accept and integrate new B2B leads and introduce them to the Tec4med product world
- Our customers are your passion: Be in close contact with our (new) and existing customers, inform them about our new innovations and support their current requirements, wishes and questions
- Exchange ideas with product development and pass on direct customer feedback
- Visit national and international customers and trade fairs
- Develop sales strategies together with the team and implement them

- You are enthusiastic about technology and innovation
- You enjoy video conferencing and close customer contact and like explaining exciting product worlds to complete strangers
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
- You are open-minded, curious and patient
- You have a feel for and/or understanding of digital markets/business models
- You have the motivation to familiarise yourself deeply with topics and become an expert in them
- Initial startup experience is a bonus
